Donald Wilson MD, MS, FACOG, CPE serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Women's Care Florida since August 2013, leading a large women's health practice with over 65 locations across central and western Florida. Prior to this role, Donald served as the Medical Director at Quality Insights of Pennsylvania from August 2002 to August 2013, overseeing quality improvement initiatives for various healthcare facilities, and directed efforts to assist over 5,000 providers with EMR implementation. Donald's earlier experience includes roles as Associate Clinical Coordinator at KePRO and President of Brandywine OB/GYN Associates, where management of a busy OB/GYN practice and a decade-long chairmanship in the hospital's OB/GYN department were significant responsibilities. Donald holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Thomas Jefferson University and pursued a Master of Science in Medical Informatics at the University of Illinois Chicago.

Women's Care Florida was founded in 1998 by a small group of obstetrics and gynecology physicians in Tampa. Today, Women's Care Florida has expanded to include patient care in several women's specialties including gynecologic oncology, urogynecology, gynecologic pathology, breast surgery, genetic counseling, maternal fetal medicine, endocrinology, gastroenterology and fertility.
