Adnaan B. is the Principal Owner of Adnaan Bhyat Consulting since August 2024, specializing in project leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence within the healthcare sector, including hospitals, community healthcare, and government. Prior experiences include roles as Partner at Bluebird Day Coffee, and Manager for Women's Virtual and Clinical Applications at Women's College Hospital from December 2020 to March 2024. Adnaan has also worked as Lead Consultant and Project Manager at Medtronic and as a Quality Improvement Specialist at St. Michael's Hospital. Additional roles in healthcare consulting include Improvement and Innovation Consultant at Michael Garron Hospital, Planning Analyst at Cancer Care Ontario, and internships at Mount Sinai Hospital and Toronto Rehabilitation Institute. Adnaan's educational background includes an MBA with a specialization in Health Services Management from McMaster University, certificates in Adult Education and Information Systems Management, and additional graduate studies in International Health Systems and Not for Profit Consulting.
