Cindy Maxwell's work experience includes various roles at different organizations. Cindy began their career in 2004 at Sinai Health as a Physician and later became the Head of Division for Maternal Fetal Medicine. In 2022, they joined Women's College Hospital as the Vice President of Medical Affairs and Systems Transformation. Additionally, they have held multiple positions at the Temerty Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto, including Professor, Vice Chair of Equity Diversity and Inclusion, and Residency Program Director. Cindy has also served as a Governing Council Member for the Provincial Council for Maternal and Child Health.
