Evelina Rutkowski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare management and project execution. Currently serving as the Manager of Academic Operational Excellence and Project Manager at Women's College Hospital, Evelina leads strategic initiatives and partnerships focused on academics, research, and innovation. Previously, Evelina worked at University Health Network as a Planning Associate, where responsibilities included project leadership, operational planning, and policy development. Evelina's experience also encompasses roles at The Hospital for Sick Children, Schulich Association of Management & Organizational Studies, Purdue Pharma L.P., Medical Futures Inc., and Health Canada, including a significant internship in regulatory affairs. Evelina holds an MBA from Schulich School of Business, a Project Management Certificate from the University of Toronto, and various other academic qualifications in biology, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical regulatory affairs.
