Ivy Wong has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Pennsylvania, which they obtained from 1994 to 1998. Later, from 2006 to 2008, they pursued a Masters of Public Administration degree in Public Policy from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). In 2007 to 2008, they also earned a Master's Degree in Public Affairs (MPA) from Sciences Po. Ivy's education history also includes two additional Master of Public Administration (MPA) degrees from LSE, although the start and end years for these degrees are not specified.
