Sylvia Seabolt has extensive leadership experience within the real estate industry, notably with the Women's Council of REALTORS® since 2013, where roles have included National Executive Committee member, National President, and National First Vice President. Key contributions include the implementation of a franchise model, the creation of a diversity initiative, and the revamping of leadership development processes. Sylvia also served as Director of Partnerships at Offerpad, cultivating relationships to enhance business growth. With a longstanding career as a REALTOR at The Dream Connectors, Inc., Sylvia has facilitated home ownership for numerous families over 22 years. Engagement in various leadership roles across multiple REALTOR associations underlines a commitment to empowering women in real estate. Education was completed at Lakeview Centennial High School.
