DeAnna Steiger

DeAnna Steiger is currently a board member at Women's Economic Ventures. DeAnna has previously worked as a licensing associate at Amgen, where they were responsible for analyzing and summarizing clinical and non-clinical data to evaluate licensing opportunities, managing the cross-functional evaluation of business opportunities, conducting competitive intelligence research, and coordinating and communicating information from various departments to complete in-depth evaluations of licensing opportunities. DeAnna also worked as a predoctoral research fellow at UCLA Cardiovascular Research Laboratories (CVRL), where they were responsible for conducting research on cardiovascular diseases and disorders.

DeAnna Steiger has a Ph.D. in Molecular, Cellular and Integrative Physiology from University of California, Los Angeles. DeAnna also has a M.S. in Entomology, Ecology from University of Delaware and a B.S. in Biology from Pacific Lutheran University. DeAnna is certified from UCLA Business of Science Center in Business of Science.
