Hallie Martin possesses a diverse background in sports management, marketing, and event coordination, currently serving as the Head of New Media at Women's Elite Rugby since April 2023. Previously, Hallie held multiple roles at Sports Innovation Lab, including Sales & Marketing Operations Associate and Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator. Additional experience includes Athletic Event Supervisor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and participation in the SOAR Program at Fidelity Investments, emphasizing customer service across various financial sectors. Hallie has also contributed to research on inclusion in sports and coordinated events for nonprofit organizations. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Isenberg School of Management, University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Women’s Elite Rugby (WER) is the first professional women’s rugby league in the United States. The mission of WER is to be the defining standard of rugby in the US. Built upon the strong foundation of the Women’s Premier League and looking ahead to the 2033 Women’s Rugby World Cup to be hosted in the US, WER ushers in the next stage of evolution for world-class rugby.
