Jessica Hammond-Graf

President at Women's Elite Rugby

Jessica Hammond-Graf, Ed.D., currently serves as the President of Women's Elite Rugby since April 2024, aiming to advance women's rugby in the United States. In academia, Jessica has held positions as an Assistant Professor at Castleton University, a Faculty Lecturer at UMass Boston, and a part-time Lecturer in the Athletic Leadership Master's Program. Jessica co-founded Ten Eyck Brewing Company, a venture led by women veterans and first responders, dedicated to crafting beverages for the community. Previously, Jessica contributed to the University of Maryland Baltimore County as Deputy Athletic Director and held various roles in academic advising and athletics at institutions including Louisiana State University, Tulane University, and the University of Pennsylvania. Jessica earned a Doctorate in Higher Education and Leadership from Frostburg State University and holds a Master’s in Sport Psychology from Temple University, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Psychology from the University of Connecticut.
