Gina Avila is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in employability training and educational leadership. Currently serving as a Global Employability Specialist at ServiceNow since August 2024, Gina also founded the Women’s Empowerment Institute in April 2017, a nonprofit dedicated to providing free job skills training and professional development for women. Previously, Gina held roles such as Senior Director of Programs and Partnerships at PepUp Tech, Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Mercy College, and Director of Alumnae Affairs at Grace Institute. Gina began the career journey as an Admissions Counselor at Monroe College and also worked as a Teacher Assistant. Gina holds an M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Mercy University and a BBA in Business Administration from Monroe University.
