Joel Carabello has extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and software industries, currently serving as Vice President for North America at Worksoft and a volunteer mentor at the Women's Empowerment Institute. With a strong background in sales and business development, Joel has held key positions at companies such as Tricentis, Automic Software, BMC Software, and UC4 Software, achieving notable sales recognition and contributing to innovative automation solutions. Additionally, Joel is a member of the board of advisors for Medifies and serves on the board of Borderlands Brewing Company. Joel holds a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication from Colorado State University.
