Obashola Dele-Oni (MBA, ASMEC, ESRA) currently serves as a Loans Assessor with the Women's Enterprise Organizations of Canada since November 2022 and as a Consultant at SDO Consulting since September 2022. Previously, Obashola held various roles at GroFin from April 2009 to August 2022, including Investment Manager, Portfolio Manager, and Business Development Manager, where responsibilities included supporting SME clients, conducting due diligence, and managing investment portfolios. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Intercontinental Finance and Investment Limited, both as Head of the Commercial Unit and as a Credit & Marketing Officer, and a supervisory role in retail operations at Mr. Biggs. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the Business School of Nederlands, a Master’s in Public and International Affairs from the University of Lagos, and a BA in Philosophy from the University of Ibadan.
