Elissa Bloom

Elissa Bloom serves as the Executive Director of The Philadelphia Fashion Incubator since June 2011, where responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of the organization's philosophy, mission, and annual strategies. In addition, Elissa Bloom holds the role of Philadelphia Ambassador for Women's Entrepreneurship Day since August 2017 and functions as a Product Launch Expert at Bloom Fashion Consulting, aiding women-owned businesses in the fashion industry with business development and branding strategies. Elissa Bloom is also the owner of Bloomin Designs, an accessories company, and contributed as a Founding Task Force Member for CoverAid PHL during the Coronavirus pandemic. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Production Coordinator at Anthropologie and an Adjunct Professor in Fashion Entrepreneurship at Drexel University. Elissa Bloom earned a BA in Communications from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
