Alexa McIndoe

Alexa McIndoe is a seasoned communications professional with a strong background in digital engagement, project management, and non-profit fundraising. Currently serving as Communications Project Manager at the Women's Foundation of Minnesota since July 2023, Alexa previously held roles such as Digital Engagement + Growth Manager at Team Dynamics LLC, where the development of an on-demand training series significantly boosted client engagement and revenue. As Communications Manager at YouthLink MN, Alexa achieved a 64% increase in donations during Minnesota Give to the Max Day and initiated an online fundraiser during the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier experience includes communications coordination at Proof Alliance and various leadership roles focusing on social advocacy.
