Fiona Hensley

Fiona Hensley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in office management, human resources, and nonprofit capacity-building. Currently serving as the Office and HR Manager at the Women's Foundation of Minnesota since April 2022, Fiona previously held supervisory roles at Rust Consulting and Pro Staff, demonstrating a strong ability to manage client interactions and train teams. As the Academic Director at Urban Squash Cleveland, Fiona successfully led programming for inner-city youth, while work with AmeriCorps VISTA involved grant writing and program implementation for nonprofit organizations. Fiona holds a BA in Environmental Studies and Women's Studies from Allegheny College and has engaged in various internships that reflect a commitment to community service and environmental advocacy.
