Lauren Kramer

Lauren Kramer serves as the Senior Partnership and Events Officer at the Women's Foundation of Minnesota since April 2024. Previously, Lauren was the External and Donor Relations Officer at the Native Governance Center, where responsibilities included directing grassroots individual giving programs, leading donor communications, and significantly increasing fundraising campaign donations. Additionally, Lauren held the role of Development and Communications Manager, executing online giving campaigns, and Operations Coordinator, establishing the organization's social media presence and organizing events. Lauren's early experience includes roles at Great Promise for American Indians and the Ann Bancroft Foundation, focusing on communications, fundraising, and strategic planning. Lauren holds a Master’s Degree in Women's and Gender Studies from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's Degree in American Studies and Biology from St. Olaf College.
