Laurie Dispensa

Laurie Dispensa, MS, is an experienced Practice Administrator currently managing the operations of The Women's Group of Northwestern since June 2022, focusing on clinical quality, revenue cycles, patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. Previously, Laurie held the role of Practice Administrator for Pediatric Specialty Clinics at Rush University Medical Center, overseeing multiple specialty practices within the Department of Pediatrics. At the University of Chicago, Laurie served as Clinical Section Administrator for OBGYN and related fields, providing administrative leadership and operational management. Laurie's earlier experience includes a managerial role at MioMed Orthopaedics & SyMed Inc., where significant billing improvements were achieved, as well as positions in pediatric cardiology and as an instructor at My Gym. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Service Management from DePaul University and an Executive Program for Emerging Leaders certification from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
