Monica Christy

Monica Christy, CPC, is an experienced billing and coding professional with a robust background in healthcare coding and billing. Currently serving as Billing and Coding Supervisor at the Women's Health and Menopause Center since January 2024, Monica has previously held the position of Coding Coordinator at Corewell Health from January 2021 to January 2024. Monica's career began at the Women's Health and Menopause Center and Modern OBGYN, where from January 2003 to August 2017, Monica worked as a Medical Billing Specialist and Certified Professional Coder, managing billing and coding for 11 OB-GYN providers. Additional experience includes working as a Coding Data Specialist II at Beaumont Health from August 2017 to January 2024, where Monica contributed to one of the largest health systems in Southeast Michigan. Monica holds a diploma in General Studies from Walled Lake Western High School, which was completed in 2000.
