Janna S. Lyon

Janna S. Lyon is a seasoned healthcare management professional with extensive experience overseeing operations in various medical settings. Currently, as Practice Manager at Women's Health Connecticut since November 2020, Janna is responsible for the operations and development of three OB/GYN offices, implementing best practices to improve performance. Previously, Janna served as Clinical Supervisor at UnitedHealth Group, managing two pediatric offices and a team of 20 staff members, and as Practice Administrator at Cornell Scott Hill Health Corporation, where Janna standardized workflows and significantly increased patient revenue. Janna's career also includes roles as Credentialing Specialist at both Cornell Scott Hill Health Corporation and Yale New Haven Hospital, as well as positions in contract management and enrollment coordination.
