Janaye Ingram

Co-Founder at Women's March

Janaye Ingram has held various roles throughout their career. Janaye began in 2011 as a Co-Founder of Ambassadors of Hope, a scholarship and mentorship program for underresourced youth. In 2011, they also became part of America's Leaders of Change - Cohort 3 at National Urban Fellows. In 2012, they joined emPower Magazine as an Editorial Board Member, serving until 2015. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as the National Executive Director at the National Action Network. In 2013, they became a Global Leadership Fellow at the Give1 Project.

In 2016, they became a Co-Founder of the Women's March and served as the Head of Logistics and National Organizer until 2017. Janaye continued as a Board Member until 2018. In 2017, they also joined Airbnb as the Director of National Partnerships until 2020. In 2019, they started working at Sephora USA, Inc. as an Equity Advisor. Finally, in 2022, they joined Airbnb again as the Director of Community Partner Programs & Engagement. Additionally, they have served as a Board Member at the Women in Entertainment Empowerment Network and as an Innovators Council Advisor at AARP.

Janaye Ingram earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University. Janaye then pursued a Masters of Science in Nonprofit Management from The New School, graduating in 2009. Janaye has also obtained a certification in the Black Executive Leadership Program from McKinsey & Company in March 2022.
