Director Of Player Engagement And Diversity Relations at Women's National Football Conference (WNFC)

Andrea Snead has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Currently, they serve as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at the (USTA) United States Tennis Association since July 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Player Engagement and Diversity Relations at the Women's National Football Conference (WNFC) starting in October 2019. Andrea also worked as a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant at Second Harvest from August 2020 to July 2021.

Before their current roles, Andrea worked at the University of Central Florida where they held multiple positions. From September 2019 to July 2021, they served as the Assistant Director. Prior to that, they were the Sport Clubs and Adaptive Recreation Coordinator from September 2015 to September 2019. Andrea also held the position of Outdoor Adventure and Adaptive Recreation Coordinator from January 2014 to September 2015.

Additionally, Andrea volunteered as a Team Liaison - Sport at Invictus Games Orlando 2016 in May 2016. Andrea also worked as an Aquatics Coordinator at California State University, Northridge from July 2013 to December 2013. Prior to that, they held the same position at the University of Central Florida from July 2010 to May 2013. Andrea'searliest work experience includes serving as an Aquatics Director at the YMCA of Central Florida from October 2008 to June 2010.

Andrea Snead obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Daytona State College from 2000 to 2008. Andrea then pursued a Master's Degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of Central Florida from 2016 to 2018. In 2021, they obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.

Headed into our 4th season in 2023, the WNFC is the most competitive and provocative women’s football league in the world. The organization has a mission to accelerate equity in sports for women and girls through the power of football.
