Odessa Jenkins has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Odessa is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Bonfire since 2023. Prior to that, they founded the womensnationalfootballconference (WNFC) in 2018, which is a highly competitive women's football league. In 2021, they were the President of Emtrain, a SaaS business that offers online compliance training and analytics. From 2014 to 2020, Odessa held the position of Vice President of Client Success Group at YourCause.com, where they managed employee giving, volunteering, and grants programs for socially responsible companies. Before that, they worked at Express Scripts as a Director of Account Management Services and later as a Senior Manager - National Accounts. Odessa started their career as an Assistant Basketball Coach at California Polytechnic State University in 2002.
