Sazia Patel

Sazia Patel is an experienced case manager with a background in community organizing and advocacy. Recently, Sazia worked at the Women's Prison Association, where responsibilities included supporting individuals navigating the criminal justice system. Prior experience includes serving as a Summer Dean at the Sadie Nash Leadership Project, focusing on mentoring young women and non-binary students, and as a Site Coordinator at Student Bridges Agency, where Sazia advocated for policies enhancing college access for underrepresented students. Additional roles encompass an internship at National Advocates for Pregnant Women and participation in the Young Women's Advisory Council with Girls for Gender Equity, contributing to city-wide policy and programming efforts.
