Tiandra VanHattum currently serves as Operations Manager and Career Coach at the Women's Resource Center, a position held since May 2018. Prior to this role, Tiandra worked as a Dining Room Server at Cascade Hills Country Club from September 2017 to July 2024. Tiandra holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Central Michigan University.

Mission: To Improve Women's Workplace and Economic Opportunities Women’s Resource Center walks alongside women in transition, supporting their career and life goals by teaching skills for success and imparting the confidence to pursue their dreams. Women's Resource Center provides comprehensive employment services, including: personalized career assessments, career exploration, job placement and retention services, resume coaching, employability and life skills workshops, educational training/assistance, connection with other community resources, professional/interview clothing, and mentoring and peer support. Women who transition to economic independence are in control of their own destiny. Women’s Resource Center transforms women into positive influences that will enrich our community and contribute to its success.
