Carol is currently the President and Chair of Advisory Board at Women's Sports Network, the first 24/7 streaming network dedicated exclusively to women's sports. Additionally, Carol is also the Founder/President of Stiff Sports Media Consulting, where Carol advises C-level executives on growth strategies in the media landscape. Carol holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Human Performance from Southern Connecticut State University.
