Shelia Bayes is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the jewelry industry. As the Co-Founder of Ideal Facet since June 2024, Bayes also serves as the CEO of Shelia Bayes Fine Jewelers, a premier female-owned jewelry store in Kentucky recognized as a top 100 jeweler by Harper's Bazaar and celebrated for 26 consecutive years as Lexington's best place to buy jewelry. Previously, Bayes was involved with Women's Startup Lab, a leading accelerator for women entrepreneurs, from July 2018 to June 2024, and founded Gem + Jewel, a platform that connects consumers with a wide range of jewelry vendors, from January 2015 to April 2024.
