Jolene Reeves is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in revenue cycle management and telehealth. Currently serving as the Director of Revenue Cycle Management at Women's Telehealth since March 2013, Jolene is instrumental in advancing high-risk pregnancy care through telemedicine. In addition to this role, Jolene has been a Course Creator and Instructor for Telehealth Modules on Billing & Reimbursement Guidelines at EHR Concepts since September 2020. As a self-employed children's book writer, Jolene authors the "Cowgirl Cassidy" illustrated series.
