Barb Kamm

Barb is a Senior Specialist for Learning and Growth. In this role, she manages internal leadership and mentoring programs as well as individual learning and development for all Women’s World Banking employees. Barb’s experience includes learning and development work with global technology firms including Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Sabre. She has taught graduate-level courses in learning and development, adult learning and program evaluation at the University of New Mexico and Tusculum College.

She earned a PhD in Organizational Learning and Instructional Technology from the University of New Mexico, where she worked with non-profit organizations to develop education programs using evaluative inquiry.
