Ruzan Nalbandyan serves as the Talent & Leadership Development, Inclusion & Diversity Regional Manager for Europe at Synopsys Inc since April 2015, focusing on the design and implementation of regional strategies and coordinating Learning & Development activities. Prior to this role, Ruzan held various positions at VivaCell-MTS from August 2008 to April 2015, including Labor Relations Leading Specialist, Corporate Trainer, and HR Business Partner, among others. Ruzan began a career in staffing as a Coordinator at World Vision from 2004 to 2008. Ruzan holds a Specialist Diploma in Psychology from Yerevan State University and has pursued additional professional development through multiple courses at Management Centre Europe.
