Adam Ciota

Adam Ciota is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in research and development, menu design, and kitchen management. Currently serving as Manager I for Commercialization at Wonder since April 2022, Adam previously held various roles at Freshly, where responsibilities included research and development and culinary assurance. At Rolling Smoke BBQ, Adam conceptualized and opened the restaurant, while also designing menus and establishing production techniques. Past experience includes a Chef De Partie role at Tail Up Goat, earning a Michelin Star, and an internship at Alinea Restaurant, which has received three Michelin Stars. Adam holds a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Science from The Culinary Institute of America, supplemented by studies in Culinary Arts and restaurant operations management.
