Anthony Trabold has extensive experience in the culinary industry. Anthony currently holds the position of Executive Chef/Business Development R&D at Wonder, starting in March 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Culinary Engineering/R&D professional at Wonder from October 2020 to March 2022. Before joining Wonder, Anthony served as an Executive Sous Chef R&D at Wonder from February 2020 to October 2020.
Earlier in their career, Anthony worked as a Catering Chef at Levy Restaurants from May 2018 to November 2019. Anthony also gained experience as an Executive Chef at Cha Chas of Little Italy for a brief period in July 2017 to October 2017. Anthony then held the role of Executive Chef at Bea McNally's from September 2016 to May 2017.
Anthony Trabold's culinary journey began at Blue Hill At Stone Barns in May 2009, where they worked as an Executive Sous Chef until September 2015.
Anthony Trabold attended The Culinary Institute of America from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. In addition, they hold certifications in Heartsaver CPR AED Classroom from the American Heart Association, obtained in April 2019, and ServSafe Manager from the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Instructor, obtained in December 2018.
