Briana Cronk

Briana Cronk is an experienced culinary training systems professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Culinary Training Systems at Wonder since September 2023. Previously, Briana spent over a decade at Shake Shack, advancing through various roles including Senior Manager of Instructional Design, Training Content Manager, General Manager, and Assistant General Manager. Responsibilities included directing teams in daily operations while ensuring strong financial performance and exemplary customer service. Early career experience at KNB Communications as an intern involved generating media contact lists, coordinating media placements, and conducting competitive analyses. Briana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Fairfield University and completed a study abroad program at Florence University of the Arts in 2010.
