Jennifer West

Jennifer West has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Jennifer is currently working at Wonder as the Director of Operations and Expansion since April 2023. Prior to this role, they were an Associate Director at Wonder from May 2021 to April 2023.

Before joining Wonder, Jennifer worked at the New York Hilton Midtown as an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage from November 2018 to August 2021. Prior to that, they held the same position at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C from April 2017 to November 2018.

Jennifer also has experience in the hospitality industry, having worked as the Director of Outlets at The St. Regis New York from August 2014 to April 2017. Before that, they served as the Assistant Director of Operations at Patina Restaurant Group from October 2011 to August 2014.

Earlier in their career, Jennifer held the position of Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from March 2008 to October 2011. Jennifer also worked as the General Manager at The Green Table from September 2007 to April 2008, and as the Bar and Floor Manager at Vintage Restaurant from December 2006 to July 2007.

Jennifer's early experience includes working as an Account Manager at Active Management from September 2004 to July 2007.

Jennifer West attended Bryant University from 2005 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance and Math. Prior to that, they attended Queensborough Community College of The City University of New York (CUNY) from 2002 to 2004 and obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Chemistry and Math. In addition to their formal education, Jennifer has also obtained several certifications. Jennifer obtained the TIPS certification from Tips Alcohol in September 2017, the Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Six Sigma in June 2015, and the ServSafe certification from ServSafe Certified in July 2017.
