Matthew Davis

Matthew Davis is an experienced chef with a career spanning over two decades in various culinary roles. Currently, Matthew serves as a chef at Wonder since December 2021. Prior to this position, Matthew worked at Hyatt Hotels Corporation from August 2010 to April 2022, also as a chef. Matthew's experience includes working as a private chef from January 2007 to April 2022, and prior roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, Olives Restaurant, Blue Sky Cafe, and Lakeview Inn. Matthew's foundational training was obtained at The French Culinary Institute, where a degree in culinary arts was achieved in 1999.
