Nicholas Malaspina has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. Nicholas started their career as a Sous Chef at A Toute Heure, 100 Steps Supper Club & Raw Bar in 2011 and worked there until 2015. Nicholas then joined Razza Pizza Artigianale as a Kitchen Manager from 2015 to 2022. In 2021, they worked as a Brewery Operations Coordinator at Lion's Roar Brewing Company for a year. Currently, Nicholas is an Operations Manager in the Pizza Program at Wonder, starting from 2022.
Nicholas Malaspina attended the University of Pittsburgh from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Anthropology and Psychology. In 2010 to 2011, they pursued culinary studies at the International Culinary Center, completing the Grand Diplôme program with a focus on Classical French Technique.
