Nicholas Sclafani is a culinary professional with extensive experience in high-profile restaurants and culinary organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Research and Development Chef at Wonder since October 2020, Nicholas has previously held positions such as Executive Sous Chef at Flik Hospitality Group and Chef De Partie at both The Modern and Eleven Madison Park. Nicholas began the culinary career as a Line Cook at Castle Hill Inn and Avenue, and completed an externship at per se. Nicholas obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University, graduating in 2016.
