Rich Glicini

Rich Glicini has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Rich has held various roles in human resources and leadership positions in multiple organizations. Some notable positions include being the Chief Operating Officer at Mark Glicini Peak Performance, where they provided fitness advice and performance strategies to athletes and professionals. Rich also served as the Executive Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer at SB One Bank and the Chief Human Resources Officer at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Additionally, they held senior positions at Pearson plc, Viacom, Paramount Communications, Personnel Corporation of America, and Sibson Consulting.

Rich Glicini holds a Master's Degree in Management Science with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. Rich also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from North Carolina State University. In addition, they completed the Pearson Senior Management Program on Market Driven Strategic Planning at INSEAD/Harvard Business School in the year 2000.
