Sandra Brace

Director of Education Partnerships at Wonder Media

Sandra Brace has a wealth of work experience. Sandra began their career in 2003 as a Primary Teacher at Waikiki Elementary School in Honolulu. In 2009, they moved to Taipa Area School in NZ, where they worked as a Secondary Teacher. In 2012, they became a Certified Professional Development Speaker and Facilitator for the Institute for the Habits of Mind. That same year, they also founded and authored The Daily Mindful for Teachers. In 2013, they took on the role of Resident Teacher and Habits of Mind Consultant at Pamapuria School, introducing meditation skills and developing performance skills with a Habits of Mind focus. In 2014, they returned to Waikiki Elementary School as a Teacher. In 2016, they began working as Director of Education Partnerships for Wonder Media and Director of Development for Pedagogics Coaching Group LLC.

Sandra Brace completed their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Dance: Performance/Choreography at the University of California, Los Angeles from 1979 to 1986. Sandra then obtained a Secondary Teaching Credential in English Language and Literature, General from National University between 1989 and 1991.
