Adriana Carrillo Pardo

Adriana Carrillo Pardo currently serves as the Director of Development and Training for LATAM at Wonder Plus, a position held since March 2025. Previously, Adriana was the National Head of Training and Commercial Development at Treinta from September 2023 to March 2025, and before that, served as the National Leader of Training and Development at SALESLAND from October 2021 to September 2023. Additionally, Adriana has experience as a professor of Strategic Service Management and Customer Experience at Universidad del Rosario while also holding the role of Customer Development and Service Manager at Visión Tecnológica SAS. Between 2014 and 2017, Adriana was the Director of Customer Care and Experience at S-COOL COLOMBIA and spent eight years at Claro Colombia in various leadership roles focusing on commercial intelligence and training. Adriana holds a Master's degree in Leadership and Organizational Development with an emphasis on Neuroscience from EIDHI International University, a coaching and leadership qualification from Universidad Piloto de Colombia, and a degree in Marketing from Politécnico Grancolombiano, complemented by a course on Negotiation from CESA.
