Amandine Besnard

Amandine BESNARD serves as the Responsable formation & Digital Learning at Wonderbox since November 2021, where responsibilities include defining group training strategies, managing budgets, and coordinating the WonderAcademy’s educational programs. Prior to this role, Amandine was Chargée de Mission RH at BDO France, overseeing training and competency management, and HR Generalist at ANSYS, Inc., focusing on skill development and recruitment processes. Amandine possesses extensive experience in HR and training management, with earlier positions in retail management and customer service. Amandine holds a Master 2 in Développement des Compétences et Formation en Europe from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and various other qualifications in Human Resources and management.
