Frontend Developer at Wonderflow

Alessia Tovo has worked as a Frontend Developer at Wonderflow since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Thinkinside from May 2019 to October 2021 as a Sviluppatore front-end, where they improved and added new features to the main product Thinkin, a web platform. Alessia was also responsible for integrating API from different sources using technologies such as PHP, Javascript, Docker, HTML5, CSS3, D3.js, and Openlayer.

Before that, Alessia had an internship as a Data Scientist at Thinkinside from October 2018 to March 2019. In this role, they analyzed shopping behavior in large supermarkets to identify patterns related to weather. Alessia also made predictions of shopping frequency for certain products based on weather forecasts. Alessia used technologies such as Python, Spark, Pandas, Numpy, Tensorflow, Keras, and Matplotlib.

Alessia also worked as a Log Analyst at Università degli Studi di Trento from December 2017 to March 2019. Additionally, they had a software developer internship at the same university from September 2015 to March 2016. During this time, they analyzed the State of the Art problem and technologies and developed a simple hub to connect messaging applications to social media applications. Alessia also contributed to the writing of a paper titled "Personalized Persuasion for Social Interactions in Nursing Homes - 2016".

Alessia Tovo has a strong educational background in the field of computer science and data science. Alessia obtained their Master's degree in Data Science from the Università di Trento, studying from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Università degli Studi di Trento, from 2012 to 2016.

Before their university education, Alessia attended the Scuola Superiore IIS L. Luzzatti, where they earned a Diploma in Commerciale-programmatore from 2007 to 2012.

In terms of additional certifications, Alessia has completed several courses through Coursera. Alessia obtained the certification in "Initiating and Planning Projects" in March 2021, "Functional Programming Principles in Scala" in December 2019, and "Pattern Discovery in Data Mining" in September 2019.
