Linguistic Operations Specialist at Wonderflow

Annalisa Izzotti has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Annalisa began as an intern at Accademia Italiana - Accademia Internazionale in 2013, followed by a role as a librarian at Università degli Studi di Macerata in 2015. In the same year, they also worked as a youth leader and animator for Giocamondo. From 2016-2017, they worked as an intern at Johnson Health Tech Italia S.p.a. and as a marketing agent for Comitel & Partners. In 2017, they were a customer service agent and operational coordinator at Marketing & Telematica GmbH i.G., and in 2018 they were a teaching assistant at the Austrian Ministry of Education. From 2019-2021, they were a project assistant brand & corporate communications at FWU, and is currently a computational linguist/linguistic project responsible at Wonderflow. In this role, they are responsible for linguistic analysis of consumers' feedback in different languages, as well as quality assessment, maintenance and improvement of AI and NLP analysis results.

Annalisa Izzotti has a long and varied educational history. Annalisa obtained their High School Diploma in Foreign Languages for business from ITSAS G. Mazzocchi in 2011. Annalisa then attended the Università degli Studi di Macerata, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts in Language Mediation Sciences in 2014, followed by their Master of Arts in Modern Languages for International Communication and Cooperation in 2017. In 2015 and 2016, they completed an Online Postgraduate Training in Global Marketing, Communication and made in Italy from Centro Studi Comunicare l'Impresa. In 2020 and 2021, they completed Online Trainings in Project Management, Online Marketing, Social Media Management, and E-commerce Strategies from COMCAVE.COLLEGE GmbH. Additionally, in 2010 they obtained a FCE certification from Cambridge Assessment English.
