Fabio Tedesco

Fabio Tedesco has worked in a variety of roles in the IT and engineering fields since 2009. In 2009, they worked as an employee in the construction of civil, industrial and air conditioning electrical systems for Elettrogenerale s.r.l. In 2010, they worked as a Universitary Researcher at Università degli Studi di Napoli 'Parthenope'\u200b, conducting an analysis activity concerning the corrosion that had affected the public lighting systems installed in the coastal area of Naples. In 2011, they worked at Tecno Elettrica s.r.l., researching and purchasing components and materials from Italian and foreign suppliers, as well as designing civil, industrial, and air conditioning electrical systems. In 2014, they participated in a Semester of study and Internship Program in Industrial Engineering Management at Hubei University of Technology. In 2015, they worked at AXA Italia as a Change Management Operative, responsible for the definition, promotion, and coordination of the Change Management plan. In 2016, they worked at Ferrari as a P.M.O. jr & Change Management Project Responsible [on behalf of Spindox s.p.a.]. In 2017, they worked at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as a Project Management Officer & AMS Responsible [on behalf by Spindox s.p.a.], managing and coordinating the implementation of all projects included in the Change Management plan. In 2018, they worked at CDK Global as a DMS Implementation Consultant, collaborating with dealers and OEMs to analyze company requirements and identify the best mix of products/processes. In 2019, they worked at Pentana Solutions as an Installation Consultant, providing ICT DMS Automotive consultancy on all business areas of the dealer world. Fabio is currently working at Wonderflow as a Project Delivery Manager, evaluating project requirements with all company team and stakeholders and supervising delivery with internal stakeholders.

Fabio Tedesco has a diverse educational background. Fabio attended the University of Naples ‘Parthenope’ from 2007 to 2013, where they obtained an Ingegneria Industriale degree in the Faculty of Ingegneria. Fabio then continued their studies at the same university from 2013 to 2016, graduating with a Laurea di II Livello in Ingegneria Gestionele in the Ingegneria Gestionele Area Industriale. Fabio also attended Hubei University of Technology. In addition, Fabio has obtained several certifications from AXA Italia, including Sicurezza delle informazioni, Innovation Lab on Smart Insurance, Anticorruzione, La privacy nel settore assicurativo, La responsabilità amministrativa dell'impresa, Salute e sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro, and from Fesica, Abilitato alla qualifica di Responsabile Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione (RSPP) ai sensi del D.Lgs. 81/2008.
