Marcel Verbeek

Marcel Verbeek has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Marcel started their career in 1997 as a CFO at World Directories, where they worked until 2002. Marcel then joined DTG as a CFO from 2003 to 2006 and later served as the CFO & COO from 2006 to 2010.

In 2011, Marcel took on the role of Interim CFO Switzerland at Thomas Cook for a year. During the same period, they also started their own company, Manfico BV, where they served as the owner until 2022.

From 2013 to 2018, Marcel worked at DQ&A Media Group as the CFO. Marcel then joined Airbridge Equity Partners in 2018 as a Venture Partner Finance.

In 2019, Marcel became a Consulting CFO at Wonderkind, and in 2020, they served as an Interim CFO at Knowingo.

Their most recent role is at Malmberg, where they are currently working as an Interim CFO since 2021.

Marcel Verbeek's education history includes obtaining a degree in bedrijfseconomie (business economics) from Erasmus University Rotterdam in 1983. Later, they pursued further education at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) and completed a program in Registercontroller by 1994.
