Mary Kirchoff is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and publishing. Currently serving as Executive Director and CEO of Wonderland Child & Family Services since February 2013, Mary Kirchoff oversees the strategic and financial direction of a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to early intervention for children with developmental disabilities. As a Certified Integrative Life Coach since January 2006, Mary Kirchoff helps individuals identify and transform their behavioral patterns. Additional roles include Acquiring Editor at TOR Books and Chief Marketing Officer at 38 Studios. Mary Kirchoff has also held prominent positions at Wizards of the Coast, including Vice President of Publishing and has served as Managing Editor at TSR, Inc. Mary Kirchoff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lawrence University.

Wonderland Child & Family Services is a 501(c)(3) multi-program nonprofit agency, dedicated to helping children with specials needs reach their full potential. We serve children from birth through age twelve with developmental delays, disabilities, and prenatal substance exposure. We help children meet healthy developmental milestones through: - Comprehensive developmental evaluations - Early-intervention support in the child’s natural learning environment from a team of occupational, physical, and speech therapists, special educators, mental health professionals, and family resources coordinators - Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of children with prenatal exposure to any substances at Hope RISING Clinic, and support for their families - Supplemental support programs include: community Play & Learn groups, therapeutic summer camps, Hanen Parenting programs, Preschool Readiness classes, and PEPS parenting support groups
