Julia Markus

Julia Markus has extensive experience in organizational psychology, currently serving as an I-O Consultant and Analyst at Wonderlic since February 2020. Prior to this role, Julia worked at MxD as a People + Culture Associate and Fellow from June 2018 to January 2020. Julia also contributed to student recruitment efforts at Roosevelt University as a Graduate Assistant in the College of Arts & Sciences from August 2015 to June 2018 and held a brief in-session position as Assistant Sergeant at Arms for the Texas Senate in early 2015. Julia holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Master of Arts in the same field from Roosevelt University, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma.
