Yvonne Rowland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development and program management. Currently serving as the Cross-Company Programmes Team Lead at Moving Ahead, Yvonne leads a team responsible for delivering global development programmes that empower over 9,000 participants annually. Notably, Yvonne has also held the position of Flagship Programme Manager, leading major global mentoring initiatives in partnership with the 30% Club to promote gender parity. In addition, Yvonne is a Board Trustee and Chair of the Purpose & Impact Committee at Wonderseekers, where efforts are directed toward inspiring curiosity and science engagement among underserved communities. Prior roles include Project Manager and Executive Assistant at Complete, 111 Call Handler at South Central Ambulance Service, and Senior Sales Administrator at Billings and Edmonds. Yvonne holds a Bachelor's degree in Politics and Global Studies from the University of Winchester.
