Tena Ysabel Rubio

Tena Ysabel Rubio is an accomplished radio reporter, producer, and educator with extensive experience in journalism and media production. Currently serving as Executive Producer for Ongoing Series at Wondery since April 2020, Rubio is also a lecturer at USC Annenberg Media and a freelance writer and podcast producer. Previous roles include Vice President and Board Secretary for the Association of Independents in Radio, managing editor and senior producer for Latino USA, and various reporting and producing positions at KQED and KCRW. Rubio's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Arts in Journalism and Public Policy from American University.
