Dr. Robert Palmer is their Head of Loyalty and Rewards. For the past 18 years, Robert has specialized in helping businesses, brands and companies understand customer loyalty and customer lifetime value. As a consultant, Robert worked on developing and managing loyalty programs for Global 500 brands. He was CEO of O-Screen, a media application in the Middle East that focused on engaging and rewarding users for Ooredoo, the 7th largest telecommunications company globally. Robert received his PhD in Marketing from Michigan State University, where his research focused on loyalty programs and relational marketing.
