Brielle Williams has a diverse work experience in the health and wellness field. Brielle started their career at Campus Recreation as a Wellness Assistant, where they managed the Employee Wellness Program and maintained schedules and participant information. In 2014, they joined Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas as a Health Fitness Professional. After two years, they moved on to Wondr Health, where they held multiple roles including Health Coach, ACE Team Event Coordinator/Health Coach, and Health Coach II. Throughout their career, Brielle has demonstrated their expertise in promoting health and well-being.
Brielle Williams holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, which they obtained from Stephen F. Austin State University between 2012 and 2013. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the same university, graduating between 2008 and 2011. In addition to their academic achievements, Brielle has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. Brielle is an ACE Behavior Change Specialist, certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness), which they obtained in July 2019. Brielle also holds a DPP Lifestyle Coach certification from the Diabetes Prevention Program, which they obtained in March 2018. In June 2016, they became a Health Coach through the American Council on Exercise. Brielle has further specialized their knowledge in fitness nutrition, earning a Fitness Nutrition Specialization certification from the American Council on Exercise in October 2015. Additionally, they are a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), obtaining their certification in October 2014.
